Follow the journey from Darwin into mainland China—spanning flight corridors, local bus routes and the architectural textures of Guangzhou. Blending visual observation, posthuman reflections, and ambient digital art, this series explores mobility, modern landscape, and the hero's journey in transit. Travel serves as the raw material for my digital art, transformed through the lens of experiential video. I approach video recording much like a traditional painter uses charcoal: as an immediate, fluid sketch. Where a static photograph freezes time, a video sketch captures gesture, momentum, light shifts, and the living pulse of an environment. Description

Amidst the whispers of a forgotten era, a stone bird perched silently, its wings outstretched in perpetual yearning. It starkly contrasted the grandeur and artifice surrounding it, symbolising a reality untouched by illusion. Its form seemed to pulsate in the stillness with a longing for liberation, a silent echo of the countless souls who had once sought solace within these walls. Frozen in mid-flight, the bird embodied their collective desire to transcend the artificial and find truth in the unyielding embrace of the stone.

Frozen in mid-flight, the bird embodies the collective desire to embrace the artificial and find truth in the comforting embrace of non-stop stimulus.
