  Digital Mythologies Synthetic verses spill from the speaker grille, a slow hum in a room lit by a screen. Multifaceted. Diverse arrays of ghost-light painting the walls. For all things living, and the things that just… pulse. A nervous system of wire and glass. A sense of the dynamic, the feedback loop, the urgency. Ass essment - the tail that wags the dog Sergiovanni and Starratt (2007), assert that assessment has often been looked upon as, “the tail that wags the dog”, meaning, “what is assessed is what gets taught, which becomes or defines the curriculum” (pg. 127).  Assessment should not be something that happens after the instruction takes place for the purpose of assigning a grade, but it should be a relevant part of the teaching and learning process.
