 A Ghoul in a Cage in a Rose Garden A Ghoul in a Cage in a Rose Garden Poem In a rose garden lived a Ghoul who tended to each rose with care and pride.  One day, a righteous wizard trapped him in a cage, leaving him alone in despair.  The Ghoul was initially consumed by sadness and anger, but he chose to focus on the roses and nurture them.  He even befriended the lizards and insects that visited him.  When I encountered him in the garden, I asked why he was trapped.   To my surprise, the Ghoul replied with a smile.  And said, "The cage is trapped in me, not the other way around."
