  A Ghoul in a Cage in a Rose Garden In a rose garden lived a Ghoul who tended to each rose with care and pride.  One day, a righteous wizard trapped him in a cage, leaving him alone in despair.  The Ghoul was initially consumed by sadness and anger, but he chose to focus on the roses and nurture them.  He even befriended the lizards and insects that visited him.  When I encountered him in the garden, I asked why he was trapped.   To my surprise, the Ghoul replied with a smile.  And said, "The cage is trapped in me, not the other way around."   I begin my day by strolling in the park, reconnecting with the world around me. The feeling of the outside air and the warm embrace of the tropical sun on my skin remind me of life's simple pleasures. I recognize the battle within, the struggle to clear my head and find solace in the mundane tasks. I'm teaching myself to cherish small moments.  I'm searching for the opportunity to reconnect my mind and body. I set out to declutter a space by letting go of the unnecessary. To rid myself of the emotional baggage. And to create art by infusing my mundane life with creativity and beauty to find the extraordinary.
