The Sarcophagus

  The Sarcophagus I found myself resting in a cryo unit that resembled a sleek, high-tech sarcophagus . The outer shell is made of brushed metal and glass, while inside, glowing, self-weaving nanotech fibres are tightly wrapping around my body. All I could think of were ancient Egyptian linen bandages . My face is partially obscured, but I can feel the signs of distress etched across. The lighting around me is dim, bathed in cold blue and amber instrument lights. How did I get into it, and why am I seeing myself in the revival cocoon ? A Day in a Life - Life in a Script

I begin my day by strolling in the park, reconnecting with the world around me. The feeling of the outside air and the warm embrace of the tropical sun on my skin remind me of life's simple pleasures.

I recognize the battle within, the struggle to clear my head and find solace in the mundane tasks. I'm teaching myself to cherish small moments. 

I'm searching for the opportunity to reconnect my mind and body.

I set out to declutter a space by letting go of the unnecessary. To rid myself of the emotional baggage. And to create art by infusing my mundane life with creativity and beauty to find the extraordinary. Finally, the splash in the pool symbolises rejuvenation and renewal. 

I'm immensely grateful for this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being, one small step at a time.

  Necropolis Gully Ancient Fertility  The only sound in the deep quiet of the crevice was the crunch of my boots on the debris-strewn ground. Towering stone walls, draped in vibrant green moss , rose on either side, making me feel like an intruder in a forgotten tomb . My matte-black suit , a product of a future this place could never have imagined, felt profane against the ancient rock . Then I saw it: a weathered, silent figure standing in the path. It was a statue of a woman , carved from the same stone as the gully but shaped with clear intent. Moss crept up its base and clung to its form like a second skin. This impossible artifact, an architectural anomaly in this raw, natural fissure , stopped me. My steady, determined posture belied the storm of questions raging in my mind.
