Watchful and in the Present


I can defy even the most challenging obstacles. Despite the feeling of powerlessness that may try to envelop me, I know that I have the strength to transcend those imposed forces.

Through quiet determination, I aim to cultivate a harmonious, compassionate self. Watchfulness will guide me as I work towards this goal, allowing me to overcome obstacles.

Even though the road ahead may be difficult, I am committed to facing it head-on. I am aware of the barriers that lie ahead and am prepared to acknowledge them. However, I will not allow them to defeat me. 

With unwavering resolve, I will work to create a brighter future. I can positively impact the world. As in the present moment and fully experiencing life as it unfolds.

Verse 1: In this city of dreams and realities intertwined.   Cars drift slowly, each a microcosm, each a solitary journey.   The horizon promises more of the same.  A continuation of the unknown, the unseen, the unspoken.
