  The Silent Riot I see that same heavy air, but it’s electrified—perhaps a visual echo of cognitive resonance where the internal world and the canvas finally meet. The figure on the left isn't just sitting; they are anchored against a storm, much like BK or JB facing the vast, unpredictable reaches of the Space Tourist Chronicles. Their heads are buried in their hands, face half-hidden as if they’re trying to crawl inside their own minds to escape the silence. I stand, seemingly forever. Those thick, aggressive slashes of orange and gold overhead—it’s like a visual scream, capturing that internal riot where my thoughts are racing at a hundred miles an hour while my body is stuck in iron boots. Moments of Standing, Waiting, Thinking and Remembering Vignette

As I stood here, waiting for something to happen, my mind began to wander. Memories of the past flooded my thoughts, and I couldn't help but feel a longing for what could have been. But as the sun set, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, I also felt grateful for where I have been and where I am next to be.

Reflecting on my good and bad experiences, I realized that life's enrichment is about standing, waiting, thinking and remembering. It's about taking the time to appreciate the present and dream about the future. Finding beauty in the mundane, joy in the struggles, and hope in the darkness.

That moment of standing there, lost in thought, will stay with me forever. It reminds me of life's complexity and the importance of reflecting. As the sky darkened and it was time to move on, I carried that feeling, knowing that no matter what the future holds, I will always have these moments to remind me of life's journey.

  Drifting Clouds between Hong Kong and Guangzhou When I was suspended in that atmospheric corridor between Hong Kong and Guangzhou, I was struck by how the sky felt like a turbulent yet tender expanse. I wanted my watercolour strokes to blend and blur on the paper, mimicking the ever-shifting weather patterns of the region. That is of moisture-laden clouds dissolve effortlessly into brilliant, open patches of blue. For me, this piece is an impressionistic echo of that flight. I was trying to capture that fleeting, weightless moment of looking out into a vast horizon, right when the heavens feel both endlessly deep and close enough to touch.
